Dr. Sahand Golshan

Dr. Sahand Golshan is a top-ranked podiatrist providing state-of-the-art care for patients in and around Riverside, CA and Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Dr. Golshan completed his podiatric training at the California College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a three-year surgical residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Ivan Aguilera

Dr. Aguilera is a foot and ankle specialist, who specializes in a wide range of foot and ankle deformities, including infections, trauma, foot deformities, wound care, and diabetic foot care. Dr. Aguilera is board certified in the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Aguilera has a Bachelors in Science in Biology from the University of California, Irvine. He completed his degree in Podiatric Medicine from the California School of Podiatric Medicine, which is part of Samuel Merritt University, in Oakland, CA. He completed a 3-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residency program at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, in 2016. During that time, Dr. Aguilera had received extensive training in wound care, infections, diabetic care, and surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Aguilera was awarded Resident of the Year by his peers and attendings in 2016.

Dr. Ashu Ailani

Born in Ahmedabad, India and raised in Toms River, NJ, Dr. Ashu Ailani brings a multicultural perspective and conversational fluency in Hindi and Spanish to his practice. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), where he joined Iota Nu Delta Fraternity, Inc.

Inspired by his father’s career in occupational therapy and his mother’s experience with clubfoot, Dr. Ailani developed a passion for medicine early on. After exploring various medical specialties, he was drawn to podiatry for its impact on mobility and quality of life. He attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he trained in Harlem’s diverse community and conducted research with West Point Academy on the effects of footwear on foot anatomy.

Dr. Ailani completed his surgical residency at West Covina Medical Center, focusing on comprehensive foot and ankle care. Now based in Southern California, he is dedicated to treating his patients with the same care and compassion he would offer his own family.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Ailani enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring all that Southern California has to offer, traveling, watching and playing sports, and relaxing with his two pets—Reya, a Shiba Inu, and Shadow, a tabby cat.
